Shefer Aluminum Industries Ltd. was established in 1976 and is currently one of the leading companies in the field of development, design, production and installation of aluminum products for construction.

The company is run as a privatecompany, located Emek Hefer Industrial Park and spreads over 9,000 square meters.

The company specializes in developing aluminum solutions for construction, including consulting and professional design enabling technical and design solutions as well as production and installation complying with the stringent quality standards in Israel and worldwide, including the ISO 9001 and the Israeli standard for hundreds of aluminum products.

The company’s activity focuses on two main areas:

Aluminum systems for tower envelopes and office buildings
Aluminum systems for luxury saturated construction projects

The company has extensive experience in medium and very large scale projects

• חברת שפר תעשיות אלומיניום בע״מ עוסקת בענף הייצור מוצרי האלומיניום לבניין משנת 1976.
• החברה ממוקמת באזור התעשייה אבן יהודה ומשתרעת על שטח של 9,000 מ״ר מהם 4,000 מ״ר בנוי.
• החברה עוסקת בשני תחומים עיקריים:

פרויקטים מסחריים ובנייני משרדים (מגדל איילון, מגדלי ארבעה ת״א, מעונות איכילוב, קומברס רעננה ועוד רבים אחרים.
פרויקטים יוקרתיים לבניה רוויה (מגדל בארי נהר-דע, אנטקולסקי 3-5-7 , בית האופרה נתניה, עיר ימים ועוד).

המפעל בבעלות פרטית וכולל צוות ניהול בכיר המורכב מבעלים, מנכ״ל, סמנכ״ל, חשב, מהנדסי קונסטרוקציה,
מנהלי פרויקטים, שרטטים, חשבי כמויות, מנהל רכש, מנהל ייצור, בקר איכות, מעל 100 עובדי ייצור והרכבה
רובם ככולם קבועים במערכת ובעלי וותק רב שנים. בנוסף לאנשי המנהלה והצוות המקצועי שהוזכרו לעיל
לשפר קבוצות הרכבה מקצועיות המועסקות בקבלנות משנה בהסכם עבודה רציף.

סביבה טכנולוגית

המפעל היה בין המפעלים הראשונים בארץ להוצאת תו תקן לחלונות אלומיניום (החל משנת 1988 ) וכיום מחזיק 117 מוצרים הנושאים תו תקן.

החל משנת 2015 המפעל אושר בתקן לניהול האיכות. ISO 9001

המפעל ממוחשב באופן מלא החל מהצעת המחיר דרך שרטוט פרטי ביצוע, הזמנת חומר, הוראות ייצור והגשת חשבוניות.

סביבה ממוחשבת

בבעלות המפעל 4 מכונות CNC, שני מסורים דו-ראשיים, מעבדת בדיקה למוצרי אלומיניום, אמצעי התקנה ושינוע מתקדמים.
